Quest Diagnostics Inc. is a US clinical laboratory service that began as Metropolitan Pathology Lab Inc. in 1967. The company became an independent organization and acquired the Quest brand in 1996.
Quest Diagnostics offers diagnostic testing services for infectious diseases, cardiovascular, neurological and cancer diseases in several countries, including the UK, Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
How to Access Quest Diagnostics Online Appointment Service
Step 1. Visit www.questdiagnostics.com/appointment.
Step 2. Sign in via the “Sign In” button at the top right part of the page. You will need to enter your Username and the Password and click on the “Login” button to continue. You can also find the nearest Quest location at the right part of the page.
Step 3. If you don’t have an account yet, click on the “Create Account” link on the top right part of the page. Fill in the required fields with the following information- Username, Password and re-type Password, then click on the “Next” button. Keep in mind that Usernames must have 8 characters minimum and that Passwords must have 8 characters minimum and include a number or a special character.
Step 4. Locate the Schedule An Appointment link and click on it. You will need to enter Reason For Visit, Testing Location and Schedule to complete the process. At the end, you will be given a Confirmation Code and a Phone Number. Make sure to write it down for later reference.
Step 5. To Cancel or View Appointments, you will need to enter the Confirmation Code and the Phone Number on the fields requested. Click on the Find Appointment link to see the details. If you forgot your Confirmation Code, click on the “Forgot Confirmation Code” link and follow the instructions provided.
